A defining element is the floating veranda that wraps around the home, creating a seamless connection between inside and outside. The extended roof gives the house its light, modern character while protecting the veranda and glass façades throughout the seasons.

With its clear lines, glass and steel, the design refers subtly to the spirit of Mies van der Rohe’s Farnsworth House. Crafted House translated that inspiration into a contemporary, sustainable and lifetime adaptable home.
